Club accepted
The Cannoneers Football Club has finally been officially accepted into the Port Elizabeth Football Association. The club has also managed to locate and obtain the home grounds which will be known as ‘Da Gama Park’.
Further detailed information will be provided in due time.
Thank you to all who have been supporting us and we look forward to the beginning of the first season of The Cannoneers Football Club.
Kick It Out
Cannoneers FC are proud to announce their support in the fight against racism in football. Cannoneers FC have joined forces with Kick It Out and will be representing the organisation here in Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
Kick It Out is football's equality and inclusion campaign. The brand name of the campaign - Let's Kick Racism Out of Football - was established in 1993 and Kick It Out established as a body in 1997.
Kick It Out works throughout the football, educational and community sectors to challenge discrimination, encourage inclusive practices and work for positive change.

Good Causes Policy
Cannoneers Football Club is committed to offering its support to charitable projects and good causes wherever possible. Primarily, the Cannoneers will offer support to requests from the local community, with particular focus upon initiatives operating within the area. The Club also endeavours to support all other charities and good causes throughout the Eastern Cape and beyond. However, due to the overwhelming demand for assistance throughout the course of a season it is not always possible to do so.

The Cannoneers Football Club is proud to announce and show their support for 1GOAL. We are strong believers in fair and equal oppertunites for all to have a proper education, and we at The Cannoneers FC had no hesitation in showing our support for the cause 1GOAL.
Today, 72 million children in the world are denied the chance to go to school. These children could be our next generation’s leaders, sports stars, doctors and teachers. But they face a lifelong struggle against poverty.
It doesn’t have to be this way. Since 2000, 40 million more children are in school. Education beats poverty – and gives people the tools to help themselves.
